On June 16th, the high school entrance examination and the junior middle school academic level examination in our city in 225 officially kicked off. A total of 2,883 ninth-grade students and 2,800 eighth-grade students, with dreams in their hearts, into the examination room and fought hard for their youth and future.

        In this year's middle school entrance examination, ninth-grade students will take exams in seven subjects Chinese, mathematics, English, moral and legal education, history, physics, and chemistry, while eighth-grade students will take exams in two subjects: biology and geography. A total 3 examination sites and 99 examination rooms have been set up in the city.

        To ensure the safe, stable, and orderly progress of the middle school entrance and to create a good examination environment for the examinees, various departments in our city have planned in advance and cooperated with each other to fully activate the middle school entrance examination protection. The Municipal Public Security Bureau issued a traffic control notice around the middle school entrance examination sites in advance. During the middle school entrance examination period, additional police forces were deployed around the sites to strengthen traffic command and guidance, guide vehicles to pass orderly, open a green channel for the examinees, and ensure the smooth flow of the road and the timely arrival the examinees at the examination room. The Municipal Urban Management Bureau arranged for special personnel to be on duty around the examination school, patrolling and controlling the surrounding area of the site, and doing their utmost to ensure that the urban environment is clean and tidy and quiet and orderly during the middle school entrance examination period. Medical and health departments have arranged professional teams at each examination site, equipped with first aid kits, oxygen, and common medicines and other emergency equipment and supplies, ready to deal with emergencies at any time and to protect the of the examinees and the examination staff. The power supply department formulated emergency plans in advance and implemented a 24-hour duty system. Before the middle school entrance examination, carried out a comprehensive safety inspection of the lines, transformers, and power-using facilities around the examination site to eliminate potential safety hazards.
