Recently, three new high-quality brandy series researched and developed by ZiXuan Liquor Company were recognized by the industry professionals and successfully launched.
        During the research and development period, the research and development staff improved the varieties of ZiXuan winemaking grapes for 3-4 years to achieve the ideal brewing requirements; they made a subtle research on grape harvesting index, distillation method, oak barrel selection and barrel change, aging time, etc. to form a unique technical program and create a new brandy series with Chinese elements.
        It is reported that at the 8th China International Boutique Wine & Spirits Challenge held on December 16, 2023, the three products stood out from more than 1,200 products from 276 units after layers of strict screening.
