At present, only a very few domestic manufacturers have production capacity.

        In 2022, JISCO successfully developed the product in galvanizing line 2 of Carbon Steel Sheet Mill, and continued to improve the surface quality of the product. in November 2023, Carbon Steel Sheet Mill put the high-end aluminum-zinc coated sheet on trial in galvanizing line 1, and the technical staff formulated the production plan based on the previous successful experience, planned and prepared in advance from user docking, smelting, hot rolling, coating, etc., to determine the precision of the equipment and the conditions for the production and At the beginning of this year, we formally launched the trial production. During the production process, the technicians followed up the whole process, controlled the key process links one by one, and controlled all kinds of factors that might affect the surface quality of the steel plate in advance, so as to successfully achieve the goal of mass production of high-end aluminum-zinc coated plates in Galvanizing Line 1.
