Taolai River eco-cultural scenic spot is a comprehensive eco-tourism scenic spot integrating leisure and entertainment, sightseeing and tourism, improving ecology and regulating and storing water. It is the only surface river in Jiayuguan City. It originates from Taolai palm in the middle section of Qilian Mountain in Qinghai Province and belongs to the first-class tributary of Heihe River system. The ecological and cultural scenic spot of Taolai River extends to Jiayuguan high-speed railway station bridge in the East, 30m to the South Bank of Taolai River in the south, laoxinwen bridge in the West and ring railway in the north. The total area of the scenic spot is about 2.83 square kilometers.
        The commercial pavilion in the scenic spot, which imitates the Xiaoqiao Liushui people's house in Lijiang, Yunnan Province, is 190m long and 4.5m wide. It is divided into three floors. A total of 64 shops are rented out on the first floor underground and two floors above the ground. The first floor underground is planned to be used for the rental of coffee houses and tea bars. At the same time, all the floors are decorated with high-precision tempered glass. You can drink coffee and eat dessert at the same time, While seeing the small fish swimming around at your feet, you can feel the beautiful life of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. With a total area of 4200 square meters, a pavilion height of 23 meters and a usable area of 2300 square meters, the luminous building is a large-scale Ming and Qing Dynasty style viewing Pavilion across the Hongshui River. The large laser music fountain directly opposite the pavilion is sprayed by 210 water pumps. There are 18 types of water changes in the main storage head, exceeding the most influential Datang Furong Garden Music Fountain in the northwest.
        The whole scenic area is in natural harmony with the surrounding scenery, forming a unique and continuous ecotourism landscape with the same color of water and sky, clear water and green bank.
