In 2020, Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. invested 994 million yuan to implement flue gas desulfurization and denitration of No. 3 and No. 4 coke ovens of Hongxing Co., Ltd., ultra-low emission transformation of 125MW thermal power unit of Hongsheng electric heating company and 2 × 26 green transformation projects such as waste steam and waste heat recovery and heating transformation of 350MW cogeneration unit; Promote the development of iron and steel products in the direction of high strength and weather resistance, and vigorously develop high-strength galvanized sheet, galvanized aluminum magnesium sheet, ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel and other high-efficiency, green and energy-saving steels; Actively lead the establishment of coal based hydrogen metallurgy technology research alliance and promote the transformation of innovative achievements in hydrogen metallurgy.
