August 10, 2017 - August 13th, the first hot air balloon Carnival of the 2017 Silk Road (Jiayuguan) was successfully held in Jiayuguan, Gansu. It was widely concerned by tourists and the masses of the people all over the world.

The carnival was composed of 1 rounds of fire tour, the 2017 Chinese triathlon, the opening ceremony of the JiaYuGuan Railway Station and the hot air balloon performance, the hot air balloon experience and the light sculpture concert. The activity scale consists of 9 sets of hot air balloons, including 5 sets of AX-7 grade hot air balloons, 4 sets of AX-9 grade hot air balloons, and nearly 30 people flying and performing aviation.
