With its site located in Jiayuguan South Lake Cultural and Ecological Park, this project features a park-like recreational vehicles campsite which combines high-end accommodation, comprehensive experience and natural tourism together and aims to provide the service for cross-border tourists and the market of Jiuquan and Jiayuguan with a full-year all-weather, all-ages and three-dimensional business presence. The planned project site covers an area of 334.2 mu, of which the planned construction area is 181.9 mu, the water area is 46.8 mu, and the area of the land of other uses is 105.5 mu. The whole campsite consists of seven major functional areas including the integrated service area, camp experience area, camping catering and leisure area, indoor recreation area, sports recreation area and tent camping area, with the construction of the comprehensive service center, various recreational vehicles parking lots for independent vacation, modular vacation, self-propelled, trailer-mounted and self-driving vehicles, a number of catering and entertainment facilities including the desert restaurant, outdoor tea bar, the Silk Road Inn Club and sports ground, and a few ancillary facilities including roads and parking lots. The total investment for this project is CNY 48.3 million. After the completion of the project, a holiday and leisure tourism area which features the combination of recreational vehicles holiday campsite, theme park recreation and the diplay of the Silk and Road culture will come into being. It is estimated that the annual operating income will be CNY 8.6 million and the investment return rate will be 17.9%.
