The project is developed and constructed by Jiayuguan Tiancheng New Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. with a total investment of CNY 1.15 billion, covering a total area of 180 mu with a total construction area of 190,000 square meters. The project mainly involves the construction of a number of sub-projects including the boutique home pavilion, marine park, star hotels, Tropical Landscape Expo Park, heated swimming pool and wedding churches, and aims to create and establish a commercial complex featuring the combination of diverse business practices including brand building materials, catering, entertainment and tourism culture. The greening and refurbishment has been carried out on both sides of north canal, and meanwhile the canal maintenance and the building of sun canopies have also been carried out to create a unique landscape architecture. At the same time, efforts shall be made to build an “Easyhome” business operating team with professional sales management experience, carry out the business operation based on the international, standardized and professional operating patterns, achieve the precise operation of the retail business patterns, bring in a new round of consumer boom in the Hexi region and lead the new trend of home furnishing industry. The construction of the project shall begin in August 2015. Up till now, a total investment of CNY 990 million has been completed, the main body of construction has been capped and the installation of water, electricity and heat as well as the renovation of the facade are well under way. The whole project is planned to be completed and put into operation in August 2017. After the completion of the project, more than 500 households of professional business holders shall be gather and settle in the Hexi Region. It is estimated that the annual turnover will be CNY 500 million and the profits and taxes will be CNY 50 million. The project shall bring about 3,500 jobs, achieve the development of a lot of upstream and downstream industries including tourism, logistics, storage, catering and tourism and become a new commercial highland in our city.
