Recently, Dong'an Community has launched a "door-to-door" health assessment action in conjunction with medical institutions in the jurisdiction to solve the of inconvenience for the disabled to travel. In the early stage, the community locked 8 elderly people with needs through grid visits and surveys, and a professional team carried out household with equipment. After a comprehensive assessment and giving rehabilitation suggestions through consultation and physical examination, they also carried out "policy publicity rehabilitation guidance" services, distributed publicity manuals, and family members to master rehabilitation nursing skills.
