On January 5, the special stamp of "Year of the Horse", one set of two stamps and one small book of stamps, was issued at various stamp retail outlets across the country. In order to effectively fulfill the responsibility of supervising the issuance of stamps and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, the citys postal administration organized special invited supervisors to go to the city's postal branch company's square sub-office to carry out special supervision and inspection of the issuance and of this set of stamps.
Upon inspection, the on-site issuance and sales of stamps were found to be in good condition, with all retail stamps sold out the day of the event. There was no evidence of sales below or above the face value, or of forced purchases of other goods, which could damage the rights and interests of consumers The public expressed satisfaction with the supply of stamps, the order of the outlets, and the service attitude, as well as the printing of stamps.
