The residents’ committee of Nanhu community has launched a safety hazard inspection work.

        In order to effectively safeguard the safety of residents' lives and property in the community, the Nanyi Community Resident Committee, adher to the work philosophy of "safety is no small matter, prevention is better than cure," has carried out a comprehensive and thorough safety hazard inspection operation in the community, taking actions to create a safe and stable living environment for residents.
        During this inspection operation, special emphasis was placed on checking the corridors of residential buildings, fire passages, shops the street, and the homes of elderly and lonely individuals. In the residential buildings, careful checks were made to see if there were any issues such as clutter accumulation and illegal wiring; shops along the street, the focus was on checking whether gas pipelines in cooking shops were aging, whether fire safety equipment was equipped in full, and whether item placement occupied the blind walk at the same time, during the inspection process, the residents' committee also actively disseminated knowledge about fire safety, electrical safety, and gas safety to residents, reminding them to enhance safety awareness and to work together to maintain the safe environment of the community.
        As of now, this safety hazard inspection operation has inspected 586 residential buildings and 16 shops, identified 8 safety hazards, rectified 5 on-site, and communicated with property management and homeowners to rectify issues that could not be addressed immediately within set time limit, and will continue to follow up on the progress of rectification to ensure that all hazards are eliminated.
        In the next step, Nanyi Community Resident will continue to maintain a high-pressure stance and carry out routine safety hazard inspection and rectification work, actively publicize various safety knowledge, and protect the safety of residents' lives property in the community.
