In order to thoroughly implement the development plan of the Jiuquan Jiayuguan dual-city economic circle, create a new brand and for the dual-city national fitness and health, and promote the coordinated development of the whole province, on February 4th, the 2026 Jiuquan Jiayuguan Dual-City Health Run and the Annual Challenge of the Online Walking of the Great Wall Culture Journey with the theme of "Dual-city Running Together, Mutual Pursuit, and Co-painting a New Chapter" started simultaneously in Donghu Ecological Tourism Scenic Area and Jiuquan City Municipal Square. A total of 026 long-distance runners from the two cities actively participated.
